So, as you can tell, I haven't posted anything in a while. And that's because everything is going absolutely GREAT! I love NuvaRing and I'm so glad I decided to try it.
After the first month, my body got used to the new method. I no longer experience headaches the first week of a new ring. I haven't noticed any more hair loss. Everything's going GREAT! I haven't experienced any spotting AT ALL during my extending cycling and I really enjoy not having a period every month =]
My doctor had given me a 6 month prescription for NuvaRing and she had given me 3 months of NuvaRing when I had my appointment in October. I just went and picked up the remaining 3 months yesterday and I'm planning on making another appointment sometime soon to get another prescription for the remainder of the year.
Since I like NuvaRing so much, that means I won't be getting an IUD. I was just too nervous about it, and that gave me second thoughts. I'm so glad I found a method that works for me.
